Returns & Exchanges Policy

At usanoncph.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with an item, you may be eligible to return or exchange it according to the following guidelines.

Eligibility & Timeframe
Items must be returned or requested for exchange within a specified period from the date of delivery. To be eligible, all items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain final sale items, such as select underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Initiation Process
To start a return or exchange, please initiate the process through our online returns portal. You can access this portal via your account order history or by using the link provided in your order confirmation email. During this process, you will be asked to select a reason for the return and choose between a refund or an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability). An official returns authorization and instructions will then be provided.

Return Procedure & Inspection
All returns must be sent back using the provided instructions, including any pre-printed return label if applicable. We recommend using a traceable shipping service for your protection. Once our warehouse receives your return, our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. Please note that items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted, and we may have to send them back to you.

Refunds & Exchanges
Upon successful inspection of your returned item, we will process your request. For returns, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to be reflected in your account. For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will ship the requested replacement item to you. If the desired item for exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or proceed with a refund.

Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale
All items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. This also typically includes items purchased during specific promotional periods or with major discounts. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our expense and expedite a replacement or refund for you. Please do not return faulty items using the standard returns process, as special instructions will be provided.
